We want you to love your Kane footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in original, unworn condition. If your recovery shoes aren't the perfect fit, we provide easy returns and exchanges to ensure your total satisfaction.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system, then securely pack your shoes in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location listed on your label; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
